Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

We love collaborating with you to design a cake/cupcakes/dessert tables to wow your guests.

Before requestion a quote, here are a few key things to keep in mind that will help you with our ordering process:

1. Order in advance

For weddings, we recommend a year in advance, but it never hurts to ask.

Email cakes@grandmasoven.ca with your date and we can let you know if we are available.

We do have blackout dates over a year in advance. Contacting us a year beforehand will not guarantee a spot.

2. Consultation

We provide online consultations via a zoom meeting as we no longer have space at our bakery to do in person consultations.
Once we have confirmed that we are available for your date, we start the process with a zoom meeting.

3. Pricing

Our fees depend on design.
After a consultation, we will send you a quote with the breakdown of costs.

Base rate for a two-tiered cake starts at $252 (serves 36)
Base rate for a three-tiered cake starts at $518 (serves 75)

4. Minimum amounts

Our minimum order for weddings is $200 before delivery.

5. Cake tasting

We have cake tasting boxes available by pre-order only.

6. Delivery

We prefer delivering and setting up for weddings. Our fee depends on where your venue is located.

7. Deposit

We require a $75 (non-refundable) deposit with the remainder due a week before the wedding.

8. Cupcake stand rentals

You can rent cupcake stands from us for $60 ($30 is refunded upon the return of the stand).
Stands need to be returned by the following Wednesday during our regular hours.

9. Sweet/dessert tables

We can create sweet/dessert tables for you.
We have many options available from cupcakes, cake pops, cake truffles, assorted squares, cheesecakes, to pies and tarts.
